From a young age, I have always been passionate about athletics, striving to excel in every sport I pursued. Throughout high school, hockey and boxing were my primary focuses. At the age of 16, I moved away from home to further pursue my passion for hockey. By 18, I became a personal trainer specializing in the development of high-level athletes. However, at 19, unforeseen medical issues took me out of the sport that had been the entirety of my life, leading me to explore new opportunities. Currently, I train for Ironmans events and marathons while also focusing on athletic strength training. Over the past three years, I have refined my expertise in enhancing athletic performance on how to run faster, jump higher, and maximize overall potential, through athletic coaching and my own training to become a junior hockey player, Ironman, Ironman 70.3 finisher, RVM Marathon and Half Marathon finisher.
I have honed my skills through my own training, guided by former NFL/NCAA football player, Ebenezer Ogundeko. Ebo significantly contributed to my development as an athletic coach as well as developing my athletic ability. My academic and self guided research in this field, acquired through university studies and countless hours of learning by myself has also deepened my expertise. I have assisted athletes in achieving their Western Hockey League (WHL) aspirations, attaining national-level swimming recognition, and securing positions on international soccer teams. I completed Ironman Canada with a time of 10:38 and the RVM Marathon in 3:24. I self-coached myself in my first Ironman 70.3 and half marathon finishing with a 5:26, and a 1:34 respectively. My goal is to help clients reach their full athletic potential and become the best version of themselves, both inside and outside the gym, utilizing science-based methods and proven, real-world results.
